NextGen FWO began with a belief that every young person deserves the tools and support to build a stronger future. Founded by Nishon Watson, NextGen connects financial education and mental wellness with mentorship, entrepreneurship, and career readiness, helping underserved youth and young adults build confidence, independence, and lasting financial well-being.
